Update -- New York already has had a five-game winning streak and a six-game losing streak, and it’s not even to the halfway point of the season. The Liberty is without veteran forward Crystal Robinson, who broke her right pinkie Friday. The Sparks, who defeated Minnesota on Sunday to complete their five-game trip, will unveil tonight a designer players’ bench on the sideline. The bench is crafted in four pieces, and replaces the chairs the players normally sit on. At the end of the season the four bench pieces will be auctioned off to benefit the Lakers’ and Sparks’ Youth Foundation.
