* Apple Computer Inc. CEO Steve Jobs received no bonus for the company’s fiscal 2003, which ended in September, and his salary remained unchanged at $1, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Jobs did receive 5 million restricted shares last March, then valued at nearly $75 million.
