Two Toddlers Die in Floods, Death Toll 5

Two toddlers swept away in a car were found dead, bringing to five the number of people killed in North Texas floods.
Police said the toddlers were in their father’s car, which was swept away after it stalled on a bridge in Corsicana. The children’s father was trying to pull them from the vehicle, police said.
Also killed was a man and a woman and her young son.
