Human Rights Figure to Be Running Mate

Indonesia’s former military commander announced that a human rights activist would be his running mate in July presidential polls, a day after U.N.-backed prosecutors in East Timor issued an arrest warrant against the commander on charges of crimes against humanity.
Retired Gen. Wiranto announced that Solahuddin Wahid, deputy chairman of the National Commission on Human Rights, would join his ticket.
