EADS North America said it was weighing possible legal action against Boeing Co. over an ex-U.S. Air Force official’s confession that she improperly shared EADS’ proprietary pricing data with its archrival.

EADS was assessing whether its interests suffered from the disclosures by Darleen Druyun, the Air Force’s former No. 2 acquisition official, said Ralph Crosby, chief executive of European Aeronautic Defence & Space Co.’s U.S. unit.

Druyun was sentenced Friday to nine months in federal prison for holding illegal job talks with Boeing, her employer after she left the Air Force, while still overseeing billions of dollars of Boeing’s Pentagon contracts.
