From Times Wire Reports

Federal bankruptcy Judge James Marlar gave victims of sexual abuse until April 15, 2005, to come forward with claims against the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tucson.

The deadline had been sought by the diocese, which is trying to put its finances in order.

The diocese filed for bankruptcy Sept. 20 because of a crush of lawsuits accusing priests of molesting youngsters.
