Five Sentenced for Trying to Attack Israel
From Times Wire Reports
Jordan’s state security court sentenced five Palestinians to prison terms of up to four years for trying to infiltrate Israel to attack Jewish settlements, judicial sources said. The five men were arrested in November.
Security sources said the Palestinians belonged to an unnamed Muslim fundamentalist group sympathetic to Osama bin Laden’s Al Qaeda network.
