Patriot Act’s Time Is Up

Re “Patriot Act Is Called Vital,” April 6: The entire Patriot Act needs to expire. Barring that, it should be repealed by Congress as soon as possible. All the act has done is to make all Americans suspected terrorists. Millions of American taxpayer dollars have been spent for naught on provisions of the act, money wasted that could have been better spent on securing our borders.
