California Market Purchase Is Completed

Jamison Group of Los Angeles completed a $135-million purchase of California Market Center in the garment district.

The sellers of the 3-million-square-foot property were DMG World Media and Hertz Investment Group. Jamison is owned by physician and investor David Y. Lee, a Korean immigrant who has been acquiring Los Angeles-area properties since 1995.
