Bar Owner Cleared of Discrimination Charge

State investigators have cleared a bar owner of allegations by the city’s Human Rights Commission that he discriminated against black and female customers and job candidates.
Investigators from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control went undercover last year to investigate Les Natali’s two Castro neighborhood bars, said John Carr, a department spokesman.
