* The trial of L. Dennis Kozlowski, the former Tyco International Ltd. chief executive, and Mark Swartz, who was his chief financial officer, was postponed for two days because a juror’s relative is scheduled to undergo heart surgery today.

* The sentencing of Adelphia Communications Corp. founder John Rigas and his son Timothy was postponed until June 13, in part so a creditor could challenge the settlement of a lawsuit accusing the family of fraud.

* Jerry Yang, co-founder of Internet site Yahoo Inc., plans to sell as many as 9 million shares over 12 months, the Sunnyvale, Calif.-based company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
