Archdiocese’s School Closure Sparks Protest

Parents angry that the Boston Archdiocese abruptly locked their kids out of school before graduation ceremonies have camped out to protest in a city square across from the school.
About 50 people stayed in the 10 tents across from Our Lady of Presentation School. The archdiocese permanently closed the school Wednesday, two days ahead of schedule, after officials heard reports that protesters of the school’s closure were planning to take over the school building.
