William Clay Ford Sr. to Retire as Director

William Clay Ford Sr., the last surviving grandson of Ford Motor Co. founder Henry Ford, will retire as a director in May after almost 57 years on the board of the world’s third-largest automaker.

The company said Ford, who turns 80 on Monday and is the father of the automaker’s chief executive, would not stand for reelection when his current term expires.
