4 Alleged Hit Men Held; Use of Acid Tubs Cited

Mexican police said they had arrested four drug cartel hit men in Tijuana who used tubs filled with acid to dissolve their victims’ remains.
Officers said the men had confessed to carrying out at least 15 killings for the Arellano Felix drug cartel. They said they had found the tubs of acid in a raid on a warehouse used by the men that also yielded 4.5 tons of marijuana and 11 assault rifles.
