River Flooding Kills More Than 100
From Times Wire Reports
Floods in eastern Ethiopia after a river overflowed its banks have killed more than 100 people and 50,000 livestock and destroyed the homes of about 105,000 people, the United Nations said.
The death toll was expected to rise because many people remained missing 10 days after the flooding on the Wabe Shebele river began.
