Blake Gives Deposition in Wrongful-Death Suit

Actor Robert Blake answered more questions Monday in the wrongful-death lawsuit filed by the estate of his slain wife.
Blake, 71, was acquitted in March of killing Bonny Lee Bakley. He is now defending himself against the civil suit.
The deposition was held behind closed doors. Eric Dubin, a lawyer for Bakley’s family, called Blake evasive.
As Blake left an Irvine law office, he complained to reporters. “I’m sorry that the lawyers are getting the money but not the family,” he said.
Blake is scheduled to to continue the deposition today.
