Leader Hints at Pakistan Links to Delhi Bombings
Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said there were foreign links to the bombings at two New Delhi markets, in a veiled reference to Pakistani-based militants, as he reminded the Pakistani president of his country’s promise to fight terrorism, an official said.

Singh told Musharraf that the investigation into Saturday’s bombings, which killed 59 people, indicated “external linkages of terrorist groups,” said Sanjaya Baru, a spokesman for the Indian prime minister.
