From Bloomberg News

Oracle Corp. Chief Executive Larry Ellison agreed to pay $22 million in attorneys’ fees as part of a modified settlement of a shareholder lawsuit that already called for him to make a $100-million donation to charities.

Judge John Schwartz had previously rejected the settlement because it required Redwood City, Calif.-based Oracle to pay $24 million in fees to the shareholders’ lawyers. The modified settlement reduces the fees for the plaintiffs’ attorneys by $2 million, according to court documents filed Thursday by the shareholders.
