Psychic’s Presentation at Library Retooled

A self-proclaimed psychic’s speech at a community library has been rescheduled after the woman agreed not to take “psychic questions” from the audience.

Ripon Mayor Chuck Winn said last week the speech would violate community standards, and several newspapers reported that Winn threatened to cut the library’s funding if the speech took place.
