Israeli Troops Near Gaza Kill 3 Palestinians

Israeli soldiers fatally shot three Palestinians near the Israeli-Gaza Strip border, Palestinian medics said.
The Israeli army said troops had spotted the three Palestinians crawling near the Gaza fence, one carrying a bag. Suspecting that it contained explosives, the soldiers shot at the men after they failed to heed calls to stop. It was unclear whether they were militants.
Palestinians later took their bodies to a Gaza hospital. Medics said no weapons were found on them.
