Air Controllers Faulted in Crash of Cyprus Jet

Two Greek air traffic controllers will face disciplinary charges of inadequate communication with the pilot of a Cypriot airliner that crashed north of Athens last month, killing all 121 people on board, officials said.

The inquiry found that the plane was identified by radar and the controllers’ alleged negligence was not a contributing factor in the crash.
