Singer’s Fatal Fall From Limo Ruled an Accident
From Times Staff Reports
The death of an Irvine woman who fell out of a limousine into predawn traffic on the San Diego Freeway was an accident, authorities said Tuesday.
Jessica Rowe, 25, died last month after being struck by at least a dozen cars. The punk rock singer was sitting in the open window before falling onto the freeway, passengers told police.
Investigators said they couldn’t confirm earlier reports that the 5 a.m. incident was a suicide.
