One of the men accused of setting fire to houses in an upscale suburban development may have set another fire while awaiting trial, prosecutors said.
Roy McCann violated terms of his release pending trial on arson and conspiracy charges, prosecutors said. They asked a judge in Greenbelt to revoke a decision that let McCann live under electronic home monitoring.
McCann was among five people accused of setting more than two dozen fires, destroying 10 homes, damaging 16 and causing $10 million in damage. Two have pleaded guilty and another was convicted.
