I saw your article on Soul Folks Cafe, and I’m thrilled that you covered this fine spot (“The Love Factory,” by Martin Booe, Home Design Issue, March 12). I went there recently for a gathering and loved it. Yealang Smith deserves a lot of credit for creating such a wonderful, healthy twist on this treasured American cuisine--and she didn’t have to sell her soul to do so.
