Mexican police arrested one of the FBI’s 10 most wanted fugitives, sought by U.S. authorities for allegedly shooting dead a deputy sheriff in New Mexico last month.

Police arrested Michael Paul Astorga as he drove through the Mexican border town of Ciudad Juarez, said Claudia Banuelos, a spokeswoman for the Chihuahua state prosecutor’s office.
