5 Beheaded Bodies Found; Mines Also Kill 5

Land mines killed five Sri Lankan military personnel and wounded five, and police found five decapitated bodies dumped at a rubber plantation.
Authorities said it was too soon to say whether the beheadings were sectarian killings or gang warfare, but one ethnic Tamil leader accused security forces of involvement.
The government blamed the three mine attacks on the rebels.
