On location

SINCE the entire article “Just Putting On a Good Front” [by Susan King, April 23] was about the filming location, I’m wondering why the name of the location manager who found the location, Ilt Jones, was never mentioned. The production designer, on the other hand, was mentioned by name, but he had little to do with the subject of the article. This may seem like a trivial thing to you, but location scouts and managers are an integral part of the film industry. We find the locations, not the producers or directors. A little credit now and then would be nice.
