20 Escape From Jail in Jalisco State

Twenty inmates, many of them held on homicide, rape or robbery charges, escaped from a jail in the western state of Jalisco after overpowering guards and taking their keys, Mexican authorities said. Two inmates were later captured and the guards were under investigation.
The escape took place in Zacoalco de Torres, about 40 miles southwest of Guadalajara, an official said.
