Mexico’s Grupo Televisa May Bid on Univision
Mexico City-based Grupo Televisa, the world’s largest Spanish-language broadcaster, said it was deciding whether to make a bid for Univision Communications Inc.

Televisa owns nearly 11% of Los Angeles-based Univision and provides it with the soapy Spanish-language telenovelas that drive the network’s prime-time ratings. Univision said it was exploring its strategic options, including selling itself.
