Foreign Groups Told to Remove Security Fences

The Afghan government has given the U.S. Embassy, the United Nations and other organizations a week to remove security barriers that are blocking streets in the capital and causing traffic jams.
The order comes despite a surge in suicide bombings and other attacks that left about 1,600 people dead last year.
