An ad-lib for Bush

Re “Unscripted Moment Over ‘Brokeback,’ ” Jan. 24

It’s obvious President Bush is not quick on his feet, especially during unscripted responses. If he were, he could have merely replied -- in response to the question of whether he had seen the so-called gay cowboy movie “Brokeback Mountain” -- that he doesn’t watch R-rated movies.
