New Century’s President Becomes Chief Executive

New Century Financial Corp., a real estate investment trust and mortgage lender, said President Brad A. Morrice, 49, took on the title of chief executive. He succeeds Robert K. Cole, 59, who will continue as chairman, the Irvine-based company said.
