Jamie McCaa scored 20 points, and LaJoyce King had 15 points and 13 rebounds to lead Cal State Northridge (10-19) to a 74-70 victory over Cal State Fullerton (11-17) in a Big West tournament quarterfinal game Thursday at the Anaheim Convention Center.
Toni Thomas had 24 points for the Titans.
UC Riverside 73, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo 63 -- Seyram Gbewonyo scored 15 of her game-high 21 points in the second half to help the Highlanders (14-14) defeat the Mustangs (13-14). Sparkle Anderson came off the bench to score 16 points for Cal Poly. Riverside has won seven in a row.
