Former Guerrilla Leader Elected Kosovo Premier

Former guerrilla leader Agim Ceku, accused by Serbia of war crimes, was elected prime minister of Kosovo, a U.N.-administered province.
The 120-member parliament voted 65 to 33 to endorse Ceku. He had helped lead the Kosovo Liberation Army, an ethnic Albanian rebel group that waged a 1998-99 war against Serbian rule.
