Historical falsehoods on Armenian genocide

Re “PBS’ perverse genocide debate,” Opinion, March 9
I also protested the “debate” on the Armenian genocide to PBS and received the lame response that the genocide was still “controversial.” Controversial to whom? Turkish deniers and PBS programmers?
PBS has erred badly by helping propagate vile historical falsehoods at the expense of the victims of genocide. Shame on PBS.

If PBS were to run a segment on civil rights, would it also include “historians” who denied that slavery had ever existed or who claimed that the Jim Crowe laws were a figment of our collective imagination?
There is no “other side,” and people who would deny that a genocide occurred do not deserve to “have their say.”
