Mass Evacuation Ahead of Typhoon Xangsane

Vietnam is evacuating hundreds of thousands of people along its central coast and has halted flights to the region in anticipation of Typhoon Xangsane’s landfall, expected late today or early Sunday.
The typhoon killed at least 31 people in the Philippines.
