3 Directors Resign From J. Crew Board

Preppy fashion retailer J. Crew Group Inc., which went public June 28, said three of its directors were leaving the company’s board.

Emily and Thomas Scott are resigning Dec. 2. Emily Scott helped start the New York-based company in 1983, and her husband, Thomas, has been a director since 2002.

Bridget Ryan Berman is leaving to become chief executive of the U.S. subsidiary of Giorgio Armani, effective Dec. 26.
