Zeppelin launched to patrol Caracas
Venezuela launched an unmanned zeppelin to patrol Caracas, its capital, seeking to fight crime in one of Latin America’s most dangerous cities.
“It is a necessity,” said vendor Pedro Marin when asked about the 49-foot helium airship, the first of three remote-controlled craft to be deployed, looming over his stall. Some others saw the deployment as a waste of money or an invasion of privacy.
