Jewish housing: A caption with an article in Section A on Thursday about the tense start of Israeli-Palestinian peace talks described a billboard as promoting housing Israel that is building in the East Jerusalem neighborhood it calls Har Homa. The billboard promotes the construction of a new school campus, which will include student housing, in Har Homa.
