Tim Burton: In some copies of Tuesday’s Calendar section, the Big Picture column said that Tim Burton had never been nominated for an Oscar. It should have said that Burton had never received an Oscar nomination for directing. He was nominated in 2005 as a producer in the animated film category for “Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride.”
