A federal court has declined an accused killer’s request to block Friday’s release of the movie “Alpha Dog.”

Without comment, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected an argument from Jesse James Hollywood, 26, who is accused in the 2000 slaying of a San Fernando Valley teenager.

Hollywood’s lawyers contended that the film would bias jurors in Santa Barbara County, where his case will be heard.
