Imprisoned ex-CEO of Tyco is hospitalized

L. Dennis Kozlowski, the imprisoned former head of Tyco International Ltd., has been hospitalized with what appears to be a heart problem. State prisons spokeswoman Linda Foglia said Kozlowski, 60, was at “an outside hospital,” adding that federal health law prohibited her from commenting further.
