Schools banning student cellphones

Milwaukee schools will ban student cellphones after incidents in which students used them to call in reinforcements in brawls. In one case this month, police used pepper spray to break up a fight that swelled to about 20 family members on school grounds.
The 217-school district said cellphone-related fights, which averaged one a month for the last three years, were increasing.
