From Times Wire Reports

Two dozen gunmen firing into the air disrupted high school final exams in Nablus after education officials, leery of possible cheating, rejected their demand to take the tests in a separate room.

The gunmen with the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, many wanted by Israel, insisted on taking the test separately, citing security concerns. They forced about 550 students in two rooms to delay their tests for several hours.

In the end, the gunmen agreed to take the finals with the other students. However, there appeared to be cheating; some used cellphones and books during the tests, which are usually strictly monitored.
