Nuclear talks said to be ‘constructive’

European Union foreign policy chief Javier Solana said four hours of talks with Iran’s chief nuclear negotiator were “constructive” and he hoped for another round in three weeks.
The Iranian negotiator, Ali Larijani, said the meeting was good, and that Tehran wanted to settle its nuclear dispute with the West through diplomacy. He warned, however, that further United Nations sanctions over Iran’s nuclear program could derail talks.
