Trial is ordered in slayings of 5
From Times Wire Reports
A forklift driver was ordered to stand trial next year on charges of killing five women in eastern England.
Stephen Wright, 49, denied the charges at Ipswich Crown Court. He was arrested following one of the nation’s biggest manhunts after five prostitutes were found slain over a 10-day period in December.
The naked bodies of Gemma Adams, Tania Nicol, Anneli Alderton, Paula Clennell and Annette Nicholls were found dumped at rural locations around the town of Ipswich.
