Downtown’s drain

Re “Downtown condo trend on the rise to 76 stories,” and “Drought a drain on flora, fauna,” May 8
Was it intentional that the article on the 76-story downtown condo project appeared right above the one on the terrible drought we are experiencing? In reading about the massive development projects slated for downtown, I did not see any information about where the water or energy will come from to supply these projects.
What sewer improvements will occur? Do we really need so many more toilets flushing into our current sewage treatment system? The two articles really should be one and the same.
