Serbia’s pro-democracy parties agreed to form a power-sharing government, excluding ultranationalists who supported late President Slobodan Milosevic.

President Boris Tadic said three pro-Western parties had signed the power-sharing agreement, ensuring that the anti-Western Radical Party would not have a place in the government. He named caretaker Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica as the premier-designate and said parliament would meet Sunday.
