Bush declassifies terror information
From Times Wire Reports
President Bush declassified intelligence asserting that Osama bin Laden ordered his top lieutenant in Iraq in early 2005 to form a terrorist cell that would conduct attacks elsewhere, especially in the United States.
The lieutenant, Abu Musab Zarqawi, was killed in June 2006 by a U.S. airstrike.
The declassification came a day before Bush was scheduled to speak about terrorism at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
