Adobe chief to step down

Adobe Systems Inc. Chief Executive Bruce Chizen said he would step down and President and Chief Operating Officer Shantanu Narayen would replace him Dec. 1.
Narayen will retain his title as the software firm’s president and join its board, Adobe said.
